Lead Program

We work to identify and investigate possible sources of lead and lead exposure to residents of San Mateo County. Our goal, along with the San Mateo County Family Health Services Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program (CLPPP), is to provide outreach and educational information to families with young children and pregnant women who are more likely to be affected by lead exposure. The following links offer resources and important information in preventing lead exposure.
